NAVY QUOTE OF THE WEEK
"I VALUE EDUCATION AND TRAINING, ESPECIALLY IN THE MILITARY, AS A FORCE MULTIPLIER AND AS A STABILIZER. AS A FORCE MULTIPLIER, BECAUSE MILITARY EDUCATION AMPLIFIES WHAT WE ARE ALREADY GOOD AT.
THROUGH EDUCATION AND TRAINING, WE CAN COMBINE HARD-EARNED EXPERIENCE AND BOOK-LEARNED KNOWLEDGE INTO POLICIES AND DOCTRINES THAT ARE MORE REALISTIC, MORE SUSTAINABLE, AND MORE APPLICABLE TO OUR PHILIPPINE SECURITY CONTEXT. AS A STABILIZER, BECAUSE THE MORE THAT WE ARE TRAINED, THE MORE THAT WE ARE CONFIDENT, AND THE LESS WILL BE MISTAKES AND MISCALCULATIONS.
ESPECIALLY AS MORE SOPHISTICATED PLATFORMS AND MORE LETHAL WEAPONS ARE PART OF THE NAVY’S MODERNIZATION PROGRAM, THE MORE THAT WE SHOULD EDUCATE AND TRAIN OUR PEOPLE- IN THE TWIN AREAS OF LEADERSHIP AND SPECIALIZATION."
