NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Manila – Fifteen newly promoted flag officers and generals of the Philippine Navy formally took their oath before President and Commander-in-Chief, Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on December 4, 2024, at the Malacañan Palace.
“For 89 years, the Armed Forces of the Philippines has been the bedrock of our sovereignty, protecting our land, our people, and our freedom. This gathering reminds us that the true measure of service is not found in accolades, ranks, or promotions. It lies in the fulfillment of your duty to uphold the integrity of our nation and to ensure the safety and security of every Filipino citizen,” said President Marcos during the ceremony as he emphasized the noble responsibility of military service.
The newly promoted flag and general officers are:
