Chosen for their expertise and accomplishments as military officers, the incoming DAFA to Russia, Col. Franklin Fabic PA; incoming DAFA to Indonesia, Col. Emerson Delos Santos PN(M); and incoming DAFA to Japan, Captain Peter Tolentino III, PN, will represent the Philippines as new DAFAs.

Also present during the call were Capt. Arnold Fortin PN, incoming DAFA to China; Col. Michael Ramil Cabusas PA, incoming assistant DAFA to China; and Col. Ronald Gaboy PAF, incoming DAFA to Vietnam.

The said officers will serve as links for more cooperation on strategic defense matters and contribute significantly to the Armed Forces of the Philippines' mission to strengthen ties and enhance defense cooperation with other countries.

The PN recognizes the role that the incoming DAFAs will play in maintaining strategic partnerships with international allies and building bridges that safeguard our security and interests.
