NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Manila – The Philippine Navy’s Center for Naval Leadership and Excellence (CNLE) conducted the 2nd Leg of the PN Governance Forum Series 2024 with the President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank, Mr. Edwin R. Bautista as the Guest of Honor and Speaker at the Headquarters in Manila on June 14.

“In the digital battlefield, we must remain adaptable, prepared for all scenarios including a resurgence of traditional methods or back to basic tools. The future is digital and with the right mindset and commitment, we can turn every obstacle into an opportunity for greatness,” Union Bank’s President and CEO said, as he shared his insights on digital leadership.

The Flag Officer In Command, Vice Adm. Toribio Adaci Jr. also expressed his pleasure for the successful conduct of the forum and thanked Mr. Bautista for his time and expertise.

Adaci Jr.

The PN Governance Forum is an activity that aims to pursue the organization’s continuous transformation towards its goal of becoming a modern and multi-capable naval force.
