NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Manila – The Philippine Navy, headed by the Flag Officer In Command, Vice Admiral Jose Ma Ambrosio Q Ezpeleta PN signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Advocates Capable for Environment to Restructure and Sustainability Inc. (ACERS Inc.) to conduct Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) programs in the country, during a ceremony on January 22, 2025, at the Navy Headquarters.
ACERS Inc., led by the Chairperson and President, Dr. Danilo Y Elardo PhD, is a non-profit organization that aims to support HADR programs and medical missions as well as to raise awareness on climate change.
With its 8,000 officers and members, ACERS Inc. expressed their alignment to offer free medical services and consultations to Filipino communities.

Today's signing only solidifies our collaboration and aligns our objectives to advance our government's development and security efforts. With your campaigns in Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response, and Civil-Military Operations, I look forward to our mutual endeavors which will substantially benefit our communities, especially in far-flung areas where help is most needed," said Vice Admiral Ezpeleta.
The MOA Signing Ceremony marks a significant milestone in the partnership between the Philippine Navy and ACERS Inc. and demonstrates the commitment to serving the country and the Filipino people.
