NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Manila - After 36 years of honorable service to the country, Naval Internal Auditor Commo. Juan Ilagan completed his military career on March 7 in a testimonial honor and retirement ceremony led by Philippine Navy (PN) Flag Officer In Command, Vice Adm. Toribio Adaci Jr. at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
