Philippine Navy Chief earns three-star rank

NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Manila – Rear Admiral Jose Ma Ambrosio Q Ezpeleta PN, Flag Officer In Command, Philippine Navy, has been officially promoted to the rank of Vice Admiral during the Donning of Ranks Ceremony presided over by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff, General Romeo S Brawner Jr, on January 16, 2025, at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

The ceremony also recognized other newly promoted generals and flag officers, celebrating their achievements and dedication to the AFP. The event was attended by top AFP officials, families, and guests of the honorees, making it a significant occasion for the organization and its leaders.
