📅 November 16, 2024

NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Manila — The Philippine Navy conducted a donning of rank ceremony for Capt. Raul A Regis, Commander of the Offshore Combat Force, Philippine Fleet, who earned a higher rank as Commodore, presided over by the PN Vice Commander, Rear Adm. Jose Ma. Ambrosio Ezpeleta on November 14 at the Navy Headquarters.

“We recognize Commo. Regis’ laudable achievements and the steadfast commitment and perseverance that led him to his well-deserved promotion today. His vast experience in the fields of surface warfare, operations, and naval systems engineering will surely equip and capacitate Commo. Regis, especially now that he is the Commander of Offshore Combat Force,” said Rear Adm. Ezpeleta.

Rear Adm. Ezpeleta then congratulated Commo. Regis for earning his first star and expressed his confidence in the clear and concise guidance of Commo. Regis as the OCF Commander.

“To be entrusted with this new rank and the duties that come with it is truly an honor, and I am humbled by this recognition. Promotion in the Navy is not just a step up; it is a reaffirmation of the commitment we made to serve our nation. Together, we continue to uphold the values and traditions of the Navy,” expressed Commo. Regis.
