The Commission on Appointments (CA) has officially confirmed the ad interim appointments of six (6) Flag and General officers of the Philippine Navy during a session held on February 4, 2025, at the Senate of the Philippines Building in Pasay City.

5. Commodore Richard M David PN – Deputy Commander, Naval Education, Training, and Doctrine Command
6. Brigadier General Roberto Emmanuel T Feliciano PN(M)(RES) – Commander, 7th Marine Brigade Reserve
