PH #Navy in the North Anchoring Gratitude: A Day of Celebration and Change at Naval Forces Northern Luzon

On July 01, 2024, NFNL recently celebrated a momentous occasion, the Change of Command Ceremony, with the Flag Officer In Command of the Philippine Navy as Presiding Officer, represented by Rear Admiral Caesar Bernard N Valencia Philippine Navy, the Vice Commander of the Philippine Navy.

The Command honors and recognizes stakeholders for the unwavering support given to NFNL. The activity was a day filled with gratitude and recognition. The Command paid tribute to stakeholders who have been pillars of strength and instrumental in NFNL's success by giving a Plaque of Appreciation. Their dedication and partnership have truly shaped NFNL's journey and accomplishments.

The day's highlight was the Change of Command Ceremony presided over by the Vice Commander of the Philippine Navy, honoring the Outgoing Commander, Rear Admiral Francisco G Tagamolila Jr Philippine Navy, for his exemplary leadership and welcoming the Incoming Commander, Commodore Edward Ike M De Sagon Philippine Navy, with best wishes for his new role as the 39th Commander of the Naval Forces Northern Luzon. Furthermore, the previous and new Commanders expressed gratitude and appreciation to everyone who joined the Change of Command Ceremony. The ceremony ended as the resounding echoes of gratefulness filled the air, embodying the camaraderie, dedication, and honor that defines the legacy of Naval Forces Northern Luzon.
